UndiagnosedClinical decision support
UndiagnosedNoMore is an AI-assisted clinical decision-support system for illnesses that are often missed, delayed or difficult to see in a fragmented record.
Built for EHR workflows, including athenaOne, it reviews available diagnoses, laboratory results, medications, observations and clinical documents. It produces traceable evidence scores for conditions that may warrant further investigation but are not yet documented.
The system supports clinical review. It does not diagnose disease or replace clinical judgment.
